We will run diagnostics on your machine across hardware, firmware, and software.

Once we have identified the issue(s) we’ll contact you to discuss your options.

Some common faults can be fixed during the diagnosis session, in which case, all we'll charge for is the fixed diagnosis fee.

Where a replacement part or PCB re work is required, we will supply a quote for parts and labour, before we do anything.
