Data Recovery

The total price of successful data recovery from a single drive will include:

a) The fee

b) *The cost of a replacement storage drive

c) **Postage

The fee for successful data recovery from a single drive is: £79 Inc VAT

*You are welcome to supply your own replacement storage media.

Alternatively, you may opt for us to upload your recovered data to your personal cloud storage at no extra cost, and all we will charge you is a) The Fee.

If, we cannot recover your data, your original drive and any replacement drives you have supplied will be returned to you, and you will only be charged the cost of return postage, where applicable.

If you live within 7 miles of Ely, Cambridgeshire, we can usually arrange collection and delivery, at no extra cost.

Encryption

Where a drive has been encrypted, any data recovered will still be encrypted.

If the drive was encrypted by Microsoft's Windows bitlocker, you will need your windows account bitlocker key to 'decrypt' the recovered the data.

Where a drive has been encrypted by a third party security solution, you will need the password or passphrase or key to decrypt any data we successfully recover.

Where a drive has been encrypted maliciously by a third party such as ransomware, it may not be economically viable or possible to decrypt your data, please bare this in mind before committing to any data recovery service.

Servicing

Our standard service plan price for a PC or laptop is a fixed fee price and includes the cost of consumables such as thermal paste and CMOS/CTR batteries.

The total price of a full service will include:

a) The fee

b) *Postage

Our fixed fee for servicing is: £45 Inc VAT

Repairs

The total price of repairs will include:

a) The diagnosis fee

c) Parts and labour

Following diagnosis and where a replacement part or PCB re-work is required, we will supply a quote for parts and labour, before we do anything.

Depending on the total cost of parts and labour required, the diagnosis fee may be waived.

The diagnosis fee is: £45 Inc VAT

Virus removal

The total price of virus removal from one PC or laptop will include:

a) The fee

Upgrades

The fee for upgrades includes labour and pre and post benchmarking to verify our work, ensure compatibility, and to measure any expected performance improvements.

We can include the cost of a component upgrade in the total fixed price of our service. (2. Servicing)

But If it's just a single component upgrade you want:

The total price will be 'the Fee' plus 'the price of the component', which if we are supplying, will be charged at cost.

For multiple component upgrades, send us a list of the parts and we will quote you based on estimated labour. The total cost will not exceed the price of a full build. (6. Custom Builds)

If we at Pellitech I.T Solutions are to source and supply any of the components, we will leverage our business accounts to provide the most competitive prices we can.

The total cost for a PC build, will include:

a) The Fee

b) *Postage

c) Cost of any parts sourced by Pellitech I.T Solutions

The total cost for a custom PC build will cover:

• Labour

• Stress testing and benchmarking

• Warranty

The base fee for a standard home office build is £58 Inc VAT

For higher end gaming systems, creator builds and workstations, drop us a line and we'll be happy to supply a competitive quote.

As a guide, where we at Pelitech I.T Solutions are to source all of the components, the total charge for your custom PC build will be 10% of the total cost of parts purchased.
